If you purchase an item from the Team Recorder webshop, we collect the following data:
- Name, email address.
- Your location: EU or outside EU.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Team Recorder with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message boards, when registering for our facebook group, or via email.
When you purchase a product through Shopify, Shopify collects its own data and uses its own cookies. These are not used or stored by Team Recorder.

Team Recorder collects your data so that we can:
- Add you to the mailing list for online courses, so that we can send you course material
- Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.
- Your location (EU or outside EU) is used solely for tax purposes.
Team Recorder will not share your data with any other companies or third parties.
How do we store your data?
Team Recorder securely stores your data within a mailchimp mailing list, only accessible by one person. This has a very long password rthat is changed often!
